Verdun Memorial Cafeteria – Mémorial de Verdun

The Memorial Cafeteria offers light meals and snacks (sandwiches, pizzas, paninis, salads, pastries, ice creams and more). It operates on every day that the Memorial is open, from 10am until 5.30pm in high season and 10am to 4.30pm in low season. With 52 seats, it is open to both Memorial visitors and the general public. For groups of more than 20 people, please book in advance.

Visiting the battlefields can be hungry work! Refuel with a choice from our wide range of set menus. Each set menu includes a main course, a dessert and a drink. Product availability may vary from one day to another depending on our suppliers.

Fresh, local produce

All the food in our cafeteria is fresh and local. It is prepared by our three suppliers, which are bakeries and/or catering services located within 15 minutes’ journey of the Memorial. We also offer Meuse ice creams and sorbets in high season.

Orders for school groups

Verdun Memorial and the forts do not have a lunchroom for schools. School groups can eat lunch outdoors on the sites. The Memorial cafeteria offers packed meals. Please request them when booking your visit.
