Pre-booking form
All group visits must be booked in advance. We recommend that you make your booking as early as possible in order to secure the date and time of your choice. To make your booking, please complete the pre-booking form with information about your group and the visit you wish to book. Our bookings department will contact you within one week of receiving your request to finalise the arrangements for your visit.
Right to address a group
The right to address a group inside the Memorial and the forts is limited. The only people with the right to address a group are curators, teachers in respect of their students and tour guides holding a tour guide licence. Anyone not belonging to one of the categories listed who wishes to address a group must submit a request for authorisation, explaining their reasons. A charge may be made for the authorisation.
