Christian Le Conte and Geneviève Noirot are architects specialising in concepts and designs for museum layouts.
They work for heritage museums and interpretive centres. Reflecting the multiplicity and complementarity of artistic approaches, their layouts express their own particular vision of exhibitions and their desire to create connections and highlight similarities. Among their achievements are a completely new layout for the bronzes and jewellery from the Greek, Etruscan and Roman Antiquities department in the La Caze Room in the Louvre, and designs for the playing card museum in Issy-les-Moulineaux (1st European prize for museums in 1999), the Charles de Gaulle Memorial in Colombey-les-Deux-Églises and Nausicaá, the French National Sea Centre which has been listed as a centre of excellence by Unesco.
