Groups and School Groups

Bookings are required only for visits by groups, at least 2 months in advance. Please complete the contact form below.

We would remind you that groups must include at least 20 people.

Once your booking has been validated by the Booking Service, you will receive an email enabling you to print the booking slip that the group leader should give to the hostess 10 minutes before the scheduled start of the visit. The group will then be allowed to enter the museum.
The cost of the visit must be paid by the group leader at the ticket office on arrival or on receipt of an invoice.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we shall unfortunately have to cancel your booking.
If you wish to cancel a booking, please contact the Booking Service at least 10 days before the scheduled date of the visit.
