Two wheelchairs are available to visitors.
There are toilets on the ground floor and each upper floor.
INFORMATION : We actually have important issue with our water supply system, and we are forced to denied sanitary access. We apologize for any inconvenience. For information, public lavatories are available at the rear of Douaumont Ossuary. (less than 2 km from Verdun Memorial)
There is a baby changing room on the ground floor.
Baby strollers are not permitted but baby carriers are available to visitors.
Lockers with a privacy code are available free of charge on the ground floor.
The Memorial lounge is located on the ground floor. It can seat a maximum of 32 people. It’s the ideal place for a rest before your visit or before you leave. Hot and cold drinks are available from vending machines. Snacks are also available (sandwiches etc.).
The lounge is open at the same times as the museum. Service is provided by the fast-food chain Cœur de Blé.
The visitor trail, translated into English and German, includes numerous information panels, detailed labels, audiovisual devices and interactive terminals to inform and guide visitors. The museum does not provide audioguides.
