For the final year of the Centenary of the Great War, the battlefield of Verdun, that iconic landmark of the First World War, will host more than 1000 battle re-enactors over three days, from eighteen nations that fought during the conflict.
A variety of events will take place on the iconic site of the battle and in the city of Verdun. Bivouacs, processions, cavalry platoons, military parades and fanfares will accompany the various events.
